For your convenience, all battery replacements and routine repairs are now available on weekday mornings at our central service centre. See below for more details. Carers and family members may attend in place of the patient.
Same Day NHS Batteries and Repairs Walk-in Service
Batteries - If you have received hearing aids from us and need battery replacements then please bring your old batteries and your NHS number to the address below during operational hours as indicated.
Repairs - If your hearing aid is not working after you have changed the battery and cleaned the tubing with your cleaning rod, kindly bring it in for repair to the location listed below at the times indicated.
