I’m currently looking into whether adding a multi-car discount would be more cost-effective than keeping our vehicles on separate plans. It’s also good to know that 24/7 roadside assistance is just a tap away, which gives me a lot of peace of mind when my kids are out driving on their own. Has anyone had a positive experience with their claims process recently, specifically regarding the speed of the digital photo estimation?

I noticed a sudden change in my policy coverage that I did not authorize and I was quite worried about the new rates being applied to my profile. I tried to resolve it through the automated portal but it would not allow me to revert the settings without speaking to a representative directly. I used 21st Century Insurance customer service number to find the specific department line which was much faster than waiting on the main queue all day. I finally spoke to a helpful agent who fixed the error in just a few minutes. Now I feel much more secure knowing my plan is exactly how it should be for my family.
