Individual vs. Group Reiki
Yesterday I booked a small group Reiki class on a whim, and it felt nothing like the one-to-one session I tried last year. In the group, I was more aware of the people around me, even though the vibe was calm. During the individual session, I remember sinking into the experience much faster because all the attention was on what I personally needed. Now I’m wondering how others feel about this contrast. How does an individual Reiki session differ from a group session for you?

For me the biggest difference is how easily I settle into the quiet. When I first looked into sessions through Reiki London, what really caught my attention was how they highlight the personal tailoring of individual appointments — more space for whatever emotions or tension you're carrying that day. Group sessions, on the other hand, have this shared atmosphere that can be comforting, but it’s not as specific. I usually walk out of a one-to-one feeling more aligned, while group work feels more like a gentle reset.
