Door Lighting Issue at Night

Lately I’ve been struggling to see the ground clearly whenever I get out of my car in poorly lit areas. It became especially annoying after I stepped into a small puddle last week without noticing it. I started wondering if there’s a simple upgrade that could improve visibility without doing a full lighting overhaul. Could adding some kind of door-area illumination actually make a noticeable difference? I’m curious if anyone has tried a subtle solution that works well in real-world use.

I had the same thought a while back when I realized how dim the factory lighting was on my car. I ended up installing puddle lights myself, and honestly, it was one of those small upgrades that made a big difference. The installation wasn’t too complicated, and the LEDs not only help me see the ground clearly but also give a subtle stylish look when I open the doors at night.
