How Do You Handle Stress When Everything Feels Overwhelming?

Lately I feel like everything piles up at once — work, family stuff, and just life in general. Last week I ended up sitting in my car after work for like 20 minutes because I just couldn’t make myself move. Nothing dramatic, just that “too much at once” feeling. I totally get that feeling. When I hit that point, my brain kind of freezes and I end up doing nothing, which obviously doesn’t help.
