I’ve been trying to figure out whether Liven actually sticks long-term or if it’s just another “good for a week” kind of thing. I go through phases where I’m super consistent, and then life gets chaotic and all those new habits I’m building just slip away. After reading that article about someone’s whole journey with it, I started wondering if anyone here actually kept using it for months and saw real changes—not just mood boosts but actual habits that stayed.
